1. What comes with my order?
Every Zenvyra order includes your chosen jewellery piece, a heartfelt message card written for the relationship, and a gift box — standard or premium LED, depending on what you select at checkout. Everything arrives together, ready to give.
2. Does the necklace arrive ready to gift?
Yes. Your jewellery, message card and gift box are packaged together as a complete presentation — no wrapping needed. Simply open the box and it's ready to hand over.
3. Can I upgrade the gift box?
Yes. Select the Premium LED Gift Box option on the product page for an illuminated reveal. You can compare what's included in each box directly on the product page before you order.
4. How long does delivery take?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Orders are processed and delivered within 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
5. Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes — simply enter their address at checkout. Your order arrives in Zenvyra's gift packaging with no pricing or invoice visible inside the box, so it's ready to be opened as a gift.
6. What material is the jewellery made from?
Materials vary by piece and are listed under Jewellery Details on each product page — for example, our necklaces are available in 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold finish, with cubic zirconia centre stones. Please check the individual product page for exact specifications.
7. Can I return or exchange the item?
